I was born and raised in Vienna, with roots in Bulgaria.
At 15 I started building websites for anyone who would pay me, between classes at TGM. I kept at it until I was 19.
Then I moved to Munich, went into recruiting at Aristo Group and sold €750k in my first year. That's where I learned to sell.
Since then I've built two companies, Asta and Lance, and spent four months as the right hand of Julian Teicke, who has raised over $1.5B. Along the way I co-organized BAD1, a conference with 50+ unicorn founders.
Today I run the network at The Delta, connecting founders with the investors, clients and people who move their companies forward.
Running the network team at Berlin's venture studio and startup campus. We match early-stage founders with investors, clients and key hires from 20,000+ people, success-based and equity-free. I'm building Ava so this works at scale.
Julian Teicke built wefox into one of Europe's largest insurtechs: $1.5B+ raised, a $4.5B valuation and 2M+ customers across six markets. I moved to Berlin and spent four months as his right hand. Together we put on the BAD1 Conference in under 60 days, opened by former US Vice President Al Gore, with 50+ unicorn founders and VCs managing $500B+.
A B2B contact database with 520M contacts and some of the best mobile numbers for cold calling in Europe. I was on the phone all day while Claudio wrote the code, and we took it to €24k ARR.
I automated the part of recruiting I hated most: turning CVs into client-ready candidate profiles. Built and sold it alone to staffing agencies, reaching €36k in recurring revenue in six months.
